This section details the features available to manage your Frontman account, ensuring control over your data and security.

Data Export:

Frontman prioritizes user privacy and adheres to GDPR compliance. You can easily export all your data, including audience information, chat transcripts, and analytics reports. Upon initiating an export request, you'll receive an email containing a downloadable file with your complete data set. This allows you to retain a personal copy for your records or use it for migration purposes.

Multi-Device Sign Out:

Maintain control over your account access. If you've logged in on another device and forgotten to log out, Frontman offers a convenient "Sign Out from All Devices" option. This feature instantly terminates your sessions on all other devices, ensuring your account security.

Account Deletion:

If you wish to permanently remove your account from Frontman, the "Permanently Delete My Account" option allows you to do so definitively. This action will erase all your data from our servers, including audience lists, chat history, and analytics data. Additionally, any active subscriptions associated with your account will be automatically cancelled to prevent future charges.

Important Note: Account deletion is an irreversible action. Once initiated, your data cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting your data before proceeding with account deletion if you require a backup.
