Frontman's Data Loader "Image Parser" enables users to efficiently upload and process various file formats for chatbot training. This document outlines the supported file types and the process of uploading data. It uses OCR(Optical Character Recognition) technology that recognizes text within a digital image. It is commonly used to recognize text in scanned documents and images. OCR can be used to convert a physical paper document, or an image into an accessible electronic version with text.
Image formats: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .webp
Supported document formats with image content: .pptx, .pdf
Access the Data Loader: Navigate to the "Image Parser"data loader section within the Frontman AI platform.
Upload Files:
Click to Upload: Click on the designated upload button to select files from your local device.
Drag and Drop: Directly drag and drop files onto the designated area.
Testing your Chatbot
To test how well the chatbot has learned from your documents, use the Chatbot Preview feature.
Locate your recently uploaded file and go to Action in table and click on "View"
On the left you'll find the uploaded document and on the right you can interact with the chatbot to ask question about the document.
The chatbot will provide answers based on its understanding of the information contained within the uploaded file.
