Knowledge Base(Makerobos)

This document outlines the process of integrating your Frontman Inbuilt Knowledge Base with the Frontman AI Chatbot data loader to enhance chatbot training. By leveraging existing knowledge base content, you can improve chatbot performance and accuracy.

The Inbuilt Knowledge Base integration allows you to import all supported file types recursively from your Frontman knowledge base to train the Instinct AI. This includes collections and articles created by users.

Steps to Follow

1. Access Data Loader Settings:

   Navigate to the data loader section and locate the "Knowledge Base" option.

2. Configure Import Frequency:

• Select the desired import frequency from the available options:

  • None: No automatic imports.

  • Daily: Import data once per day.

  • Weekly: Import data once per week.

3. Initiate Initial Import: Simply click the "Import" button to connect with the Knowledge Base and you can check your data bank for list of imported articles.
