The Reports section provides valuable insights into user search behavior and article performance within your system.

Search Performance: This report delves into user search queries, offering insights into:

  • Search Terms: Identify the specific keywords users are searching for.

  • Counts: Track the frequency of each search term.

  • Results: Understand how many relevant results were returned for each search.

  • Resolution Status: Analyze the success rate of user searches (e.g., successful results, failed queries).

Article Performance: Gain valuable insights into how users interact with your content:

  • Article: Identify the specific article being analyzed.

  • Pageviews: Track the number of times users have viewed a particular article.

  • Rating: View the average user rating (e.g., helpfulness) for each article.

Additional Settings:

  • Date Range:

    Each report displays data for a predefined date range, allowing you to track trends and measure performance over time. You can typically customize the date range to view data for specific periods relevant to your needs using the filters.

  • Exporting Reports:
