This document outlines the setup process for your chat screen. We'll cover the default welcome block, how to configure automatic conversation initiation (Frontman Wakeup), and customizing the chat screen appearance with a background image.
Welcome Block: This is the first block users see when they open the chat window. It serves as a starting point for the conversation.
Auto/Manual Wakeup - This allows you to automatically trigger a conversation based on user behavior. There are two wakeup options:
Auto Wakeup: The conversation starts automatically based on pre-defined user actions.
Manual Wakeup: You can choose to disable automatic wakeup and manually initiate conversations when needed. For manual wakeup, you can set a trigger event with a delay. The available delay options range from "Immediately" to "60 seconds". This lets you control how long a user waits before the chat window pops up.
Personalizing the Chat Screen: Enhance the visual appeal and context of your chat screen by adding a background image. You can either select a pre-existing image or upload your own custom theme.
