The home screen allows you to define the initial greeting message your chatbot delivers to users. This screen also empowers you to customize the chatbot's visual identity by adjusting its logo and color scheme to seamlessly integrate with your brand.

  • Brand Logo

    The brand logo should be provided in one of the following image formats: PNG, JPG, or GIF. To ensure consistent display across various platforms, please keep the logo dimensions within a maximum width of 200 pixels and a maximum height of 40 pixels.

  • Set First Interaction Message This section allows you to craft the opening message your chatbot delivers to users. Compose a welcoming greeting and include a brief description to set the tone for your chatbot's personality and purpose.

  • Customize Colors

    This section allows customization of the user interface's color scheme. You can define a background color for the top section, which typically displays greetings, short descriptions, and the brand logo. Additionally, an interaction color can be set for elements like buttons, links, and dialogue bubbles to visually highlight user actions.

  • Set Background Pattern

    You can select a pre-designed pattern or upload their own custom theme, fostering a more engaging and contextually relevant environment that reflects their brand or preferences.
