# How to export User’s data

This document details the functionality of the "Export User" feature, allowing users to download user data in a convenient CSV format. This exported data can be used for further analysis or integration with external tools.

### **Export Process:**

1. **Initiate Export:** Locate and click on the designated "Export" icon within the user management interface.

1. **Select User Fields:**
   * A window or modal will appear displaying a list of available user attributes (fields).
   * You can select specific user fields for inclusion in the exported data by clicking on the corresponding checkboxes.
   * Alternatively, for a complete export of all user data, click the "Select All" option (if available).

1. **Download CSV:**
   * Once you've chosen the desired user fields, click the "Download CSV" button.
   * The system will initiate the download process, creating a CSV file containing the selected user data.

### **Download & Formatting:**

* **Download Format:** Upon clicking the "Download CSV" button, the user data will be exported as a CSV file. This format allows easy import into various spreadsheet applications and data analysis tools.
* **Data Formatting:** Each row in the CSV file represents a single user, with each column corresponding to a selected user attribute. The first row will typically contain attribute headers for easy identification.
