# Analytics

Our analytics suite empowers you to understand your users and optimize your product. Track key metrics like sessions, active users, and message exchanges to gain a clear picture of user engagement.

Here are the following metrics involved in Analytics section -

### **Session:** 

Unique user conversations with the bot (distinct even for repeat interactions).
