Select Instance: Choose the specific Frontman instance where the issue occurred. This helps us track problems within individual environments. The options typically include "Testing bot," "RTX," "Dev," etc., depending on your organization's setup.
Describe the Issue: Briefly yet clearly describe the technical problem you're facing. The more detailed your description, the easier it will be for the development team to understand the nature of the issue.
Upload Screenshots (Optional): If screenshots can visually represent the problem, upload them for further clarity. You can upload up to five screenshots in PNG, JPG, JPEG, MP4, or MOV format.
Submit Report: Once you've completed all sections, click the "Submit" button to send the report to the development team.
Include any relevant error messages displayed on screen within your description.
