Walkthrough of Connecting Hubspot and Frontman

  • In Frontman, find the Hubspot CRM card and drag and drop it to the story builder and hit the "Connect" button.

  • Click on "Install App" and it will redirect you to Hubspot Login Page where you can create a new account or sign in using your "Email ID" and "Password". https://app.hubspot.com/login

  • After successfully connecting, Set fields in the "Hubspot CRM Block" you dragged in the story builder and run the chatbot.

  • Submitted entries will appear in Hubspot CRM's "Contacts" section.

A. How to Integrate HubSpot CRM in Frontman -

  1. Sign in to HubSpot: Begin by logging into your HubSpot account or create a new account. Once you sign in succesfully it will redirect you back to our frontman account

  1. Establish Connection: Once you've dragged the HubSpot CRM plugin for Frontman, navigate to the plugin's settings and locate the "Connect" option.

  1. Connect using Credentials: To establish the connection, click on "Install App" and It will redirect you to hubspot login page where you can enter your HubSpot CRM Email and password.

  1. View and Manage Settings: After successful connection, you can access and modify the connection details using the "View Settings" button

  1. Select Fields: There are two ways to choose the data fields for synchronization between Frontman and HubSpot CRM. You can either manually select the specific fields you want to sync (e.g., Email, Phone No., Name, custom fields). Alternatively, you can leverage existing user attributes within Frontman to pre-populate corresponding fields in HubSpot CRM, simplifying data collection.

User Attributes
  1. Once the connection and field selection are complete, run your chatbot as usual. Data collected through Frontman interactions will be automatically synced with your designated Hubspot CRM fields, keeping your CRM data up-to-date. You can view it in "Contacts" section of your CRM
