The SMS card empowers you to leverage text messaging (SMS) for efficient communication with your users. This card facilitates the transfer of user attributes collected through your Frontman directly to individuals or sales teams, fostering seamless collaboration.
1. Amazon SNS Integration:
For the SMS card to function, you'll need to configure an Amazon Simple Notification Service (SNS) application within your settings. The Story Builder documentation will provide detailed instructions on setting up Amazon SNS for successful SMS delivery.
➕Amazon SNS2. Mobile Number(s):
Specify the mobile phone numbers where you want to receive the SMS notifications containing user attributes.
You can enter multiple phone numbers separated by commas (e.g., +914568541256, +911236541256).
Ensure accurate phone number formatting, including the country code (e.g., +91 for India).
3. Bot Message:
While the primary function of the SMS card is to deliver user attributes to external recipients, you can optionally craft a custom message from the bot to be displayed to the user within the chat window.
Other than static values you can also pass dynamic values using user attributes which when changed with time can reflect back easily in your message box.
