# Custom Form

### How it Works?

Conversational Forms offer a smart and interactive way to gather user information. This feature streamlines data collection by allowing you to build forms that feel like natural conversations.

### **Building Your Conversational Form:**

1. **Form Heading (Optional):** Craft a clear and inviting title to introduce your form. For example, "Sign Up Now" or "Get Started Today."

2. **Essential Fields:** These pre-filled options are automatically populated based on user profiles:

   * Email Field(only takes a valid email id)
   * Phone Number Field (with OTP verification for added security)
   * Name Field
   * Website Field (optional)

3. **Password Field:** Create a secure field for users to enter their passwords. Your password remain anonymous as it is not stored anywhere and is also masked on interface.

   * Password: Answers are masked for security.
   * Custom Text: Open-ended answer fields for in-depth information.
