   • Email Field(only takes a valid email id)

   • Phone Number Field (with OTP verification for added security)

   • Name Field

   • Website Field (optional)
3. Password Field: Create a secure field for users to enter their passwords. Your password remain anonymous as it is not stored anywhere and is also masked on interface.
4. Custom Fields: Go beyond the basics by adding additional questions specific to your needs. Choose from options like:

   • Password: Answers are masked for security.

   • Custom Text: Open-ended answer fields for in-depth information.
