How it Works?

The Rating card empowers you to gather valuable user feedback and gauge their satisfaction with your services.

The Rating card offers flexibility to tailor your feedback requests:

  • Trigger Text: Craft a clear and concise question to prompt user responses.

  • Rating Style: Choose from three distinct styles to suit your needs:

    • NPS (Net Promoter Score): Utilize a numerical scale (typically 1-10) with customizable labels (e.g., "Extremely Unlikely" to "Extremely Likely") to measure customer loyalty and likelihood to recommend.

    • Emotions: Present users with a set of pre-defined emotional states (e.g., Awful, Not Okay, Okay, Good, Awesome) for a more qualitative assessment.

    • Stars: Offer a classic star rating system (often 1-5 stars) for a simple and familiar feedback mechanism.
