Email

This documentation details the Email card within Frontman, designed to export user attributes and deliver them via email to designated recipients.

How it Works?

The Email card allows you to effortlessly export user data from your Frontman instance and share it with individuals or sales teams. This data can include various user attributes, providing valuable insights for further actions.

Important Note:

This card currently functions for email communication only. To utilize SMS communication, you'll need to configure an "SMTP application" within your Frontman settings.

Using the Email Card

  1. Adding the Card: Drag and drop the Email card onto your desired workflow canvas within Frontman.

  2. Email ID: In the "Email ID" field, enter the recipient email addresses. You can include multiple addresses separated by commas (e.g., hello@gmail.com).

  3. Subject: Define a clear and concise subject line (maximum 80 characters) that accurately reflects the email content. This will help recipients identify the purpose of the email upon arrival.

  4. Bot says to user (400 characters): Craft a concise message (up to 400 characters) that will be delivered to the recipient(s). This message can explain the purpose of the data export, highlight key findings, or provide any additional context relevant to the user attributes.
