Plugin Cards

This document provides an overview of how to integrate various CRM systems with Frontman using Plugin Cards. Each CRM has its own unique setup process.

  1. ShipRocket: Track order shipments directly within Frontman. Users can enter an AWB number and view real-time status, including pickup date and tracking ID. Predefined content displays success/failure messages.

  1. Shopify: Manage Shopify orders without switching platforms. Track order details (products, customers, shipment status), cancel orders, and initiate returns - all through Frontman.

  1. Zoho CRM: Connect Frontman with Zoho CRM to manage customer interactions in one place. View contact details, track deals, and monitor support tickets. Submitted data through Frontman populates Zoho CRM fields (available fields: Email, Phone No., Name, custom fields). Requires paid Frontman plan.

  1. Salesforce: Establish a direct connection between Frontman and Salesforce CRM. Access and utilize customer data within Frontman, eliminating app switching. Synchronize data between platforms by manually selecting fields (Email, Phone No., Name, custom fields) or leveraging existing Frontman user attributes.

  1. HubSpot: Effortlessly integrate Frontman with HubSpot CRM to streamline workflows. Similar to Salesforce, access HubSpot data, manage connections, and synchronize fields (manual selection or user attributes).

  1. Odoo CRM: Integrate Odoo CRM with Frontman for a smooth flow of customer data. Form entries are automatically transferred to Odoo, saving time and effort. Synchronize data by manually selecting fields (Email, Phone No., Name, custom fields) or using Frontman user attributes. Requires paid Frontman plan.

  1. Pipedrive: Bridge the gap between Pipedrive CRM and Frontman for a centralized customer data hub. Access customer information and communication history within Frontman. Requires creating a developer account and "Private App" in Pipedrive to obtain Client ID and Client Secret for connection. Synchronize data by manually selecting fields (Email, Phone No., Name, custom fields) or using Frontman user attributes.

  1. ActiveCampaign CRM: Streamline workflows by integrating ActiveCampaign with Frontman. This plugin connects Frontman to valuable customer data stored within ActiveCampaign, allowing for centralized customer relationship management. Establish connection using Base URL and API Key retrieved from ActiveCampaign settings. Synchronize data by manually selecting fields (Email, Phone No., Name, custom fields) or using Frontman user attributes.
