The Story Builder empowers you to manage conversation termination and control the chat widget's visibility on your website. This ensures a seamless user experience and optimizes widget placement for maximum engagement.
End Conversation: Provide users with a clear option to conclude the chat interaction when desired. This fosters user control and prevents unwanted interruptions.
Disabled Keyboard: Once you trigger these user wont be able to type anything in the input.
Close Chat Widget: Allow users to temporarily close the chat window without completely ending the conversation. This minimizes screen space while keeping the option to resume the chat readily available.
Hide Widget Button: Offer users the ability to hide the chat widget button entirely. This is useful for situations where you don't want the widget to be constantly visible but still want users to have the option to initiate a chat if needed.
Hide Widget Button for Entire Session: This setting allows you to hide the chat widget button for the user's entire browsing session. This can be beneficial for specific pages or user journeys where you don't want the chat functionality readily available.
Set Auto-Page Redirection: Enable automatic page redirection upon conversation closure. Here you can enter the URL where you want the user to redirect.
Set Delay: Define the time delay before the automatic page redirection occurs. This provides users with a buffer to review any conversation summary or take action before being redirected. Predefined options include 0 seconds, 3 seconds, 5 seconds (default), 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, and 60 seconds.
