The Teaser Message feature enables the creation and deployment of targeted, personalized teaser messages to initiate user interactions. These messages can be displayed once per user session, across various platforms or pages.
Access the Teaser Messages Section: Navigate to the designated area within the platform where Teaser Messages can be created and managed.
Create a New Teaser Message:
Click on the "Add New" button to initiate the creation of a new Teaser Message.
Define Teaser Message Details:
Glass Message Title: Assign a clear and descriptive title to the message.
Card Style: Select the desired format for the message from the available options:
Simple Message (Type 1, 2, or 3)
Simple Message with Image
Message with Quick Reply (Type 1 or 2)
Bot Says to User: Compose the message content that will be displayed to the user.
Add Conditions (Optional):
Specify criteria for when the Teaser Message should be displayed:
Attribute: Select a user attribute or system variable.
Operator: Choose the comparison operator (e.g., equals, contains, greater than).
Set Value: Define the value for comparison.
Multiple conditions can be added using the same process.
Preview and Save:
Review the Teaser Message details and preview how it will appear to users.
Save the Teaser Message to store it for future use.
Show Stats: View performance metrics for a specific Glass Message, such as impressions, clicks, and conversion rates.
Delete: Remove a Glass Message from the system.
Select All/Reset Stats: Perform bulk actions on multiple Glass Messages.
If a Glass Message is not displaying as expected, verify the conditions and targeting criteria.
Ensure that the necessary attributes or variables are available in the system.
Check if there are any conflicts with other Glass Messages or system rules.
