# Notes

This document outlines the process of creating a customized knowledge base for the Frontman AI chatbot using the Private Notes builder. By inputting relevant information into the system, you can effectively train the AI to provide accurate and informative responses to user queries.

1. Go to Instinct AI menu and  Select **"Train AI"** and select **"Notes"** from Data Loaders.
2. **Create a New Note:** Initiate the process of adding new information to the knowledge base.
3. **Input Title and Description:** Provide a clear and concise title for the note, followed by a detailed description of the content.
4. **Add Related Citations (Optional):** Include relevant sources to support the information provided.
5. **Save the Note:** Finalize the note and save it to the knowledge base.
