Traffic Stats

This section provides an overview of the traffic stats metric within the dashboard.

  • Daily User Counts: View the total number of users (including new and returning) interacting with the bot on a daily basis.

  • Filter by Week/Month/Custom: Apply filters to the user count data based on predefined options (week, month) or custom date ranges (e.g., Jun 05, 2024 - Jun 11, 2024).

  • Traffic Stats Export (CSV): Export the filtered user count data in a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format for further analysis in spreadsheet software.

Metrics:

  • Total Visitors: This metric (if available) represents the total number of unique visitors who interacted with the bot during the selected timeframe.

  • Total Users: This metric reflects the total number of users, including both new and returning users, who interacted with the bot during the selected timeframe.

Note: The availability of "Total Visitors" might depend on your specific implementation.
