Manage Teams

Frontman empowers you to collaborate effectively with your team! This section details how you can invite and manage teammates for both the core Frontman platform and any installed addons.

Roles and Permissions:

  • Admin:

    • Full access to all features and settings of Frontman and addons.

    • Can invite and manage teammates (add, edit, remove roles).

  • Editor:

    • Full access to functionalities and settings, excluding teammate management.

    • Can edit and manage bot content and configurations.

  • Viewer:

    • Limited access to view bot content and analytics.

    • Cannot edit or modify any settings or content.

Team Management Interface:

The "Team Management" section offers an overview of your team members:

  • Total: Total number of teammates currently on the team.

  • Admin, Editor, Viewer: Numbers indicating the number of users assigned to each role.

  • Search bar: Search for specific teammates by name or email.

  • Status: Displays the user's current activity status (online/offline).

Adding Team Members:

  1. Click "Invite a teammate."

  2. Enter the user's full name and email address.

  3. Choose a role from the dropdown menu (Admin, Editor, Viewer).

  4. Optionally, select specific bots the user can access under "Assigned Bot."

    • "All" grants access to all bots on your account.

    • Choose individual bots to limit their access.

  5. Click "Send Invite."

Managing Existing Team Members:

The table displays a list of existing team members with the following information:

  • Name: Team member's full name.

  • Role: The user's currently assigned role (Admin, Editor, Viewer).

  • Created By: The user who originally added this team member.

  • Last Login: User's last recorded login time.

  • Joined on: Date the user joined the team.

  • Status: Displays the user's current activity status (online/offline).

  • Action: Provides options for managing the user's role.

    • Change Role: Allows you to modify the user's permission level (Admin, Editor, Viewer).

Additional Notes:

  • Ensure the email address used for the invite is accurate for successful delivery.

  • Teammates receive an email notification with a link to accept the invitation and join your team.

  • After accepting, users can access Frontman with the assigned role permissions.

  • You can edit pre-assigned bot access anytime by modifying the "Assigned Bot" section before sending the invite.
