The Bot Says display card serves as a versatile tool for delivering messages and guiding users within your AI conversations. It combines informative text with optional buttons, empowering you to:
Craft Clear Headings: This text field lets you create informative headings and messages for your users. Spice things up with emojis! Keep it short and sweet - you have 500 characters to play with. Don't forget formatting options - underline, bold, ittalic,color font, link, and even adjust text size for emphasis.
Navigate Users Seamlessly: You can add upto 3 buttons and integrate them to link users to various destinations, including:
External URLs: Direct users to external web pages by providing a valid URL. The in-app browser offers several size options for optimal viewing:
70% window size (default)
100% window size (full screen)
40% window size (customizable size)
Open New Tab (You can open link directly in a new tab)
Phone Calls: Initiate phone calls directly from the chat window, fostering a more personal touch.
Connect with Messaging Apps: Leverage buttons to open chats on Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp, depending on your platform and integrations. (For WhatsApp, you can specify a pre-filled message and the user's phone number with an associated WhatsApp account.)
These buttons can be alligned sequentially or randomly and has a character limit of 24 letters.
