How it Works?

This card analyze user input and suggest appropriate actions based on predicted free-form responses. This empowers you to handle a wider range of user interactions effectively.

1. Customizable Text: Craft personalized messages tailored to your conversation flow.

   
2. Set a Block - You can set multiple "Blocks" to execute either randomly (great for presenting different options) or sequentially (ideal for guiding users through a specific process).

   
3. Phrase Input: Integrate Phraser technology to anticipate diverse user responses and suggest appropriate actions based on predicted free-form input.

   
4. Fallback Text: Define a fallback message that appears if the Phraser prediction fails to match user input.

   
5. AddPhraser CTA: You can add multiple user input fields and corresponding bot responses.

   
6. Attribute Saving (Optional): Utilize double curly braces {{}} to specify an attribute name within your message. User input can then be dynamically saved as that attribute for later reference and personalization.
