Multiple Choice
How it Works?
The Multiple Choice card empowers you to present users with a set of answer options, pausing the conversation flow until they choose one (or skip it entirely). Collect user preferences or selections for further personalization.
Multiple Answer Options: Define a set of options for users to choose from(Multi-select).
Allow Skip: Provide the option for users to bypass the question if needed.
Save as Attribute: Store user selections as attributes within the system for future reference and personalization. Utilize the
{{ }}syntax to specify the attribute name where the selection will be saved. (Note: Refer to dedicated Story Builder documentation for attribute creation and usage instructions.)
