Create Contact
This is from where you can add new audiences(contacts) to Chatman, expanding your customer database. It has two methods by which you can add audiences to the system.
It allows for the manual addition of contacts, which is helpful when you have one or two contacts to add to the system.
This allows for the addition of a large number of contacts to the system at once, say, when you get customer data from a CRM and want to upload it in Chatman for communication.
Create ContactAudience Table
The only place where you can find all your contacts, whether it has been added manually or through bulk upload.
All the contacts added are visible in Audience tab.
Search Contacts
It helps you to quickly search for the customer you're looking for. It goes far beyond searching just with a contact name.

Filter Contacts backs for better data visibility in the Audience table. You can narrow down your contact search based on different preferences.
