# Audience

**Managing your audience** is what **matters the most** while **communicating** with a **large number of customers**, and **Chatman boasts** of a **centralized space for effective data management**, which is useful in various cases, such as:

* Managing your customer database.
* Allows for better data analysis and decision-making based on customer insights.

Chatman's audience page offers numerous options that help manage data in an efficient way. Let's understand each of them in detail.

## Create Contact

This is from where you can **add new audiences(contacts) to Chatman**, expanding your customer database. It has **two methods** by which you can **add audiences to the system**.

It **allows for the manual addition of contacts,** which is helpful when you have one or two contacts to add to the system.

This allows for the **addition of a large number of contacts** to the system at once, say, when you get customer data from a CRM and want to upload it in Chatman for communication.

## Audience Table

The only place where you can **find all your contacts**, whether it has been **added manually or through bulk upload**.
