How Hubspot Works With Chatman?

Integrating Hubspot with Chatman allows for two-way contact syncing. You can create, update, and delete contacts in either platform, and the changes will be reflected in the other.

This way, you can keep your customer data consistent and accurate across both platforms.

The integration between HubSpot and Chatman is bidirectional, meaning that any contact created or modified in one platform is automatically reflected in the other.

Chatman should be integrated with Hubspot then only the contacts are reflected irrespective of which it is made with.

Add Contact In Hubspot

Before we head on to the steps, few notable points for understanding the how the integration work are:

  • When a new contact is created in HubSpot, whether through manual entry or any other means, the integration automatically sends the contact details to Chatman.

  • Chatman receives the new contact information from HubSpot and ensures that the details are reflected in its system. This includes the contact's name, email, phone number, and any other relevant information added at the time of creating the contact in Hubspot.

  • Any updates made to the contact details in HubSpot, such as changes in email address or phone number, are instantly synced with Chatman. This ensures that both systems consistently hold the most recent and accurate information.

Follow the below given steps to add a contact in Hubspot and the same will be reflected in Chatman.

  1. Head over to Contact in Hubspot and tap Create Contact.

  1. Enter all the fields first name, last name, email, job title, phone number, select the owner that who is adding the contact and tap 'create.'

Contact with same details will be added in the Chatman too.

Add Contact In Chatman

Before we head on to the steps, few notable points for understanding the how the integration work are:

  • If a new contact is created in Chatman, the integration promptly sends this information to HubSpot.

  • HubSpot updates its database with the new contact information received from Chatman. This ensures that customer interactions initiated through the chatbot are seamlessly integrated into HubSpot's customer relationship management (CRM) system.

To create a new contact in Chatman, explore the page below:

Contacts created in Chtamna are visible in Hubspot in the Contacts tab.

You can create contact either through manual add or bulk upload, both will be reflected in Hubspot.

List of Default Hubspot Events

The HubSpot CRM app in Chatman tracks the following events by default:

HubSpot/create new contact in Chatman: This event occurs when a new contact is created in Chatman from HubSpot.

HubSpot/update contact in Chatman: This event occurs when an existing contact is updated in Chatman from HubSpot.

HubSpot/delete contact in Chatman: This event occurs when an existing contact is deleted in Chatman from HubSpot.

HubSpot/create new contact in Hubspot: This event occurs when a new contact is created in HubSpot from Chatman.

HubSpot/update contact in Hubspot: This event occurs when an existing contact is updated in HubSpot from Chatman.

HubSpot/delete contact in Hubspot: This event occurs when an existing contact is deleted in HubSpot from Chatman.
