Provide Address
Provide address card allows you to request the customer’s location as an address or a pin on the map. The location can be stored as a variable for later use. You can use a provided address card to collect the customer’s delivery address, pickup location, or destination.
Using Provide Address
Body messages
You need to enter the main content of your provide address card. The body messages can be up to 1024 characters long and can include emojis. You can use the body messages to introduce your provide address card, provide more information, or explain why you need the address details.
Advance option
You can also add a header message and a footer message to your provide address card. The header message can be up to 60 characters long and can include emojis.
The footer message can be up to 60 characters long and can include emojis. You can use the header message and the footer message to add some extra information or context to your provide address card.
For example, you can write: “Provide Address” as the header message and “Your address is safe and secure with us” as the footer message.
Update Customer Details
You need to choose the fields that you want to collect from your customer for their address details. You can choose from contact name, address, landmark, city, state, and zip code. You can also make some fields optional or mandatory.
For example, you can choose to collect the contact name, address, city, state, and zip code from your customer and make them mandatory, and the landmark optional.
Action button
The button that will appear at the bottom of your provide address card.
Save response
You need to enter the attribute name that will store the customer’s response to your provide address card.
The attribute name can be any word or phrase that describes the customer’s address details. You can use the attribute name to personalize your future messages or actions based on the customer’s response.
