How To Check Campaign Statistics?
Go to the Campaign tab in your Chatman account dashboard. This tab shows you the list of campaign that you have created.

Choose the camapaign that you want to analyze from the table and click on the analytics icon on the right hand side of the same row. This will open the statistics page for that particular campaign.

Information on Statistics Page
On the statistics page, you can see the following information:
Calendar: This allows you to select the date range for which you want to see the analytics. You can choose from predefined options such as today, yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, last month, or custom range. After selecting the date range, click on Apply to update the statistics.
All the options in the calendar determine time according to your local time zone.

Graph: This shows you the number of customers to whome the campaign has been sent, delivered, read and replied. The graph is divided into bars according to the what you have selected (half hour, day, or month). You can hover over each bar to see the exact numbers for each status of the campaign.

Conversion: This shows you the percentage of customers to whom the campaign has been delivered, read and replied. The conversion rate indicates how effective your campaign has been, engaging and retaining your customers.
