Tag/Untag card allows you to assign or remove a tag to or from a customer. Tags are custom labels that you can create and manage in shared team inbox.
You can use tags to segment, filter, or target your customers based on various criteria, such as interests, preferences, or behaviors.
You need to select the tag(s) that you want to assign or remove to or from your customer from the drop-down menu.
A tag is a word or phrase that describes the customerâs characteristics, behavior, or status. For example, you can select or create a tag like âNew Customerâ, âVIP Customerâ, âInterested in Shoesâ, etc.
To create a new tag, you need to click on the button âcreatea new one hereâ and enter the name of the tag in the pop-up window. The name of the tag can include emojis. Y
For example, you can create a new tag like âBirthday Monthâ or edit an existing tag like âInterested in Shoesâ to âInterested in Sneakersâ.
You need to choose the action that you want to perform with the tag(s) that you have selected.
Adding a tag means that you will assign the tag to the customer and store it in their profile. Removing a tag means that you will delete the tag from the customer and remove it from their profile.
For example, you can choose to add the tag âBirthday Monthâ to the customer if they have told you their birth month or remove the tag âInterested in Shoesâ from the customer if they have changed their preference.
