# DND

DND card utility card allows you to add customers to do not disturb mode.You can use DND card to respect the customer’s privacy and avoid sending unwanted messages. The smae can be undone from the DND settings.

## Using DND Card

* Just add the DND card. The contact will be marked with a red icon and a message that says, ‘This contact is on DND.’ This means that the contact will not receive any messages or notifications from you or your business. 
* You can also see the list of contacts that are on DND in the DND settings. 
* You can always unblock a contact from the DND list by clicking on the button ‘Unblock’ next to their name. The contact will be removed from the DND list and will be able to receive messages and notifications from you or your business again.
