Convey your messages in a unique and quick way through templates.

From greetings to handling queries, these ready-to-use templates allow your agents to deliver prompt and accurate responses while allowing room for personalized touches.

Send Template From Inbox

  1. Click on Templates. The block will open for you to choose a template of your choice.

  1. Tap the desired template. Let's select a welcome template to greet out customer.

If you want to create a new template in the conversation box, click 'create template.'

  1. Template content will appear, tap 'send'.

  1. The template will be sent to the concerned customer.

If you don't have a template, you can always create it from the template tab.
