From greetings to handling queries, these ready-to-use templates allow your agents to deliver prompt and accurate responses while allowing room for personalized touches.
Click on Templates. The block will open for you to choose a template of your choice.
Tap the desired template. Let's select a welcome template to greet out customer.
If you want to create a new template in the conversation box, click 'create template.'
Template content will appear, tap 'send'.
The template will be sent to the concerned customer.
