# Template

From greetings to handling queries, these **ready-to-use templates** allow your agents to deliver prompt and accurate responses while allowing room for personalized touches.

## **Send Template From Inbox**

1. Click on **Templates**. The block will open for you to choose a template of your choice.

2. Tap the desired template. Let's select a welcome template to greet out customer.

3. Template content will appear, tap '**send**'.&#x20;

4. The template will be sent to the concerned customer.
