# Search Contact

You can use the search bar in the audience tab when you want to find a particular contact from the list of customers available in the audience table.

Chatman search bar goes beyond the traditional search bar, which only accepts names for searching. Here is how you can search audiences with different information.

## Searching With Text Input

Say you are looking for the customer with the name **Shubham**. Type the name in the search bar and tap enter or the search icon in the dialogue box.
