Suppression List:

The list of all the spam users and WhatsApp opted-out users can be viewed here.

Mark the User as Spam from the Shared Team Inbox, or

Add a user from the Suppression List.

Frequency Capping:

Limit the number of templates that can be sent every day to the user.

Consent Manager:

Configure WhatsApp Opt-in and Opt-out messages and automate sending messages to the customer.
