Export Chat History

The feature allows you to receive the chat history of a particular customer at the registered email address.
Download a record of past conversations for easy storage, reference, or sharing.
Open the customer chat in the 'Inbox' whose message is to be exported. Head over to the 'customer panel' and click on the Export Chat History option in the customer panel of the Inbox.
Click on Confirm, and the chat history will be sent to the registered Email Address.
You can export all customer chat history at once: Rules>Agent Assist>Export Chat History.
