# Export Chat History

The feature allows you to **receive the chat history** of a particular customer at the **registered email address**.

* Download a record of past conversations for easy storage, reference, or sharing.

## How To Export Chat History?

1. Open the customer chat in the '**Inbox**' whose message is to be exported. Head over to the '**customer** **panel**' and click on the **Export Chat History** option in the **customer panel** of the Inbox.

2. Click on **Confirm**, and the chat history will be **sent to the registered Email Address**.
