Blocks

Blocks messages are messages that contain interactive elements, such as buttons or lists, that users can select to reply. They are helpful in several cases:

  • They can reduce the number of messages exchanged, making the conversation more efficient and less cluttered.

  • They can provide clear and easy options for the user to choose from, reducing the load and the risk of misunderstanding or confusion.

  • They can increase the userโ€™s engagement and satisfaction by offering a more interactive and dynamic experience.

List messages are a type of block message that helps convey information in a text-based list format to users. Reply block messages expect a quick reply from the user. They can be used to ask for information, feedback, confirmation, or other inputs.

Flow messages trigger a sequence of messages or actions based on the userโ€™s input. They can be used to create interactive experiences, such as surveys, quizzes, games, or forms.

You can create new blocks by tapping 'Create Blocks.'
