Blocks messages are messages that contain interactive elements, such as buttons or lists, that users can select to reply. They are helpful in several cases:

• They can reduce the number of messages exchanged, making the conversation more efficient and less cluttered.

• They can provide clear and easy options for the user to choose from, reducing the load and the risk of misunderstanding or confusion.

• They can increase the user’s engagement and satisfaction by offering a more interactive and dynamic experience.

Using Blocks in Shared Team Inbox

1. Head over to a chat box and tap 'blocks'.

1. A drop-down menu will appear with 'List', 'Reply', and 'Flow' messages.

List messages are a type of block message that helps convey information in a text-based list format to users. Reply block messages expect a quick reply from the user. They can be used to ask for information, feedback, confirmation, or other inputs.

Flow messages trigger a sequence of messages or actions based on the user’s input. They can be used to create interactive experiences, such as surveys, quizzes, games, or forms.

You can create new blocks by tapping 'Create Blocks.'
