Google Sheets is a popular spreadsheet application that allows you to create, edit, and share data online. By integrating Google Sheets and Chatman, you can sync your contacts and make data more easily accessible and visible.

Prerequisites of Using Google Sheets With Chatman

  • A Google account with access to Google Sheets.

  • A Chatman account with a verified WhatsApp number.

  • A Google Sheets add-on called Chatman Connector, which you can install from the Google Workspace Marketplace.

  • A Google Sheet with your contact data, formatted according to the Chatman Connector specifications.

Integrating Google Sheets With Chatman

  1. In Chatman, head over to Settings> External Protocols > Application.

  1. Under Google Sheets, tap Connect.

  1. Under integration, tap Sign With Google.

  1. Select a Google account you want to associate with your Chatman account.

Google sheet will now be integrated with Chatman. All the customer attributes will automatically get updated in the account you signed in with. For, e.g., when you use Google Sheets in the Journey, all the customer who enters the Journey their attributes are automatically updated in the sheet.
