# Mail

Mail card allows you to send an email to a customer’s email address. You can configure the email address, the subject, the body, and the attachments. You can use a Mail card to send newsletters, promotions, or invoices to your customers and provide a professional communication experience.

## Using Mail Card

Create a journey that includes the ‘Email notification Card’.  The email card have the following parameters:

* **Email ID:** This is the email address that you want to send the notification to. You can enter multiple email addresses separated by commas. For example, `hello@gmail.com, test@gmail.com`.

* **Email format:** This is the format of the email that you want to send. You can choose between plain text or formatted HTML. For example, `Plain text`.

* **Subject:** This is the subject line of the email that you want to send. For example, `New order confirmation`.

* **Text message:** This is the body of the email that you want to send. You can use variables to personalize the message. For example, `Hi {{1}}, thank you for your order of {{2}}. Your order number is {{3}}.`
