# Catalog

Catalog is a powerful tool helping businesses to establish deeper connections with their customers and drive success in the ever-evolving world of e-commerce and customer support.

## **Send Catalog to Customers**

This catalog option allows you to send your **catalog**, a **single product**, or **multiple products** while engaging with your customers on chat. 

### **Share Catalog**

This provides your customers all the items available in your catalogue. To send your whole catalog follow the steps:

1. Tap on the catalog icon available as shown in the image below.

2. Select Catalog.

3. **Customize the 'body message'** for better engagement and customer experience. For eg:

> Checkout our catalog and browse all the products carefully selected just for you. Discover latest collections with exclusive offers.

4. Once customized tap '**send**' to deliver.

### **Share Single Product**

1. Tap on the catalog icon available as shown in the image below.

2. Select Single Catalog.

3. On the right-hand side, a list of product will appear tap to select and click 'next.

4. You can now add a '**body**' message for better engagement and customer experience. Once done  tap '**send product**' to deliver. For eg:

> Checkout this awesome product!

### **Share Multiple Products**

1. Tap on the catalog icon available as shown in the image below.

2. Select Single Catalog.

3. On the right-hand side, a list of product will appear tap to select and click 'next.

4. You can now **add a header and body messages** like 'Our latest collections' and 'Checkout this awesome product!' simultaneously. Tap '**send product**' to deliver.
