Catalog Configuration:

Set-Up Catalog:

1. Create FB catalog via FB commerce manager.

2. To send catalog messages it is mandatory to add the country of origin of each product.

3. If you operate an online store built on Shopify, you can sync your Shopify catalog with Facebook.

Access:

Add Makerobos as your catalog partner.

Connect Catalog and Configure Checkout Link:

Connect Catalog: This will allow Makerobos to fetch products from the connected catalog and share them via Inbox or Journey.

Configure Check-out Link: Send a direct check-out link for the product selected in WhatsApp itself and complete the whole transaction without any human intervention.
