Amazon SNS (SMS)
Deliver important information instantly in the form of an SMS.
Integrate Amazon SNS (SMS) with Chatman:
You'll need to provide the Access Key ID, Secret Access Key, and the AWS region while integrating Amazon SNS (SMS) with Chatman.
Create an AWS account.

Sign in to the AWS Management Console as the IAM user and open the Amazon SNS console here.

To copy the access key ID, secret key ID, and region name, choose your account name from the top right corner of the AWS Management Console and then choose My Security Credentials.

Expand the Access keys (access key ID and secret access key) section and choose Create New Access Key.

Choose Download Key File to save the access key ID and secret access key in a CSV file. You can also copy them from the console.

To copy the region name, choose the region selector from the top right corner of the AWS Management Console and note the region code, such as us-east-1.

Open Chatman and go to Settings > External Protocols > Applications.

Under Amazon SNS tap on the Connect button.

Enter the Access key ID, Secret Key ID and Region name.

Enter a number and tap Send SMS to test whether the integration is working properly or not.

You have successfully integrated Amazon SNS with Chatman. You can now use Chatman to send automated SMS alerts.
How to use Amazon SNS in Chatman?
Use this option in a journey card to send any important notification in the form of SMS to your customers instantly upon the trigger of any event.
