Zoho CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform that helps you manage your sales, marketing, and customer support activities.

Integrating Zoho CRM with Chatman, you can leverage the power of WhatsApp messaging to communicate with your customers and prospects in a fast, convenient, and personal way. You can also sync your contacts, leads, and deals between Zoho CRM and Chatman, and automate your workflows based on the interactions with your chatbot.

Integrate Zoho With Chatman

  1. Create a Zoho account; you can either sign up with your email address or use your Google/LinkedIn/Office 365 account.

  1. To register your application with Zoho API console, you need to visit this page and login with same details with which you created the account.

  1. Tap Get Started.

  1. You will see a list of client types, such as Server-based Applications, Browser-based Applications, Mobile/Desktop Applications, etc. Choose a Client Type. For Chatman it's Server based applications.

  1. After selecting the client type, you will need to provide the following information:

  • Client name: A name for your application, such as Chatman.

  • Authorized redirect URLs: The URLs where Zoho Accounts will redirect the user-agent with the access token after authorizing the client, such as https://inbox.makerobos.com.

  • Homepage URL: The URL of your application’s homepage.

  1. After providing the required details, you will need to click on Create. You will receive the client ID and client secret. You can also view and edit them later in the Zoho API console.

  1. Open Chatman (Settings>External protocols> Applications).

  1. Under Zoho tap on connect.

  1. Enter the client ID and client secret that you obtained from Zoho API console.

  1. Select the location that matches your client domain.

  1. Tap ‘Install’ app
